VNC restricted mode

Thank you for replying James.

According to what i read in the VNC documentation, -restricted was a
valid command line switch.  I attempted to run it as:

winvnc -restricted

When i issue that command, it comes back with a dialog for VNC usage,
and of the switches listed, restricted is not one of them.  What am i
missing?
