examples of large scale use of VNC

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a 'many to one'
experience with VNC.  What we would like to do is have a person do a
presentation via powerpoint, and have multiple users access the
presenters machine via VNC.  The 'audience' would have view only
capability.

Are there any limitations folks are aware of?  Has anyone done this?
