Useful WinVNC options not in Xvnc?

Hello
I've read the docs, and scanned the mail list archive, but I don't see
anything that quite addresses what I'm trying to do.
I would like to set up an environment with a Unix based Xvnc server
talking to many Java/Windows/Unix based clients all in a read-only
mode except for the client working with the server on the local
workstation. I'd like to keep it as 'mistake proof' as possible from the
client side (meaning I don't want to rely on the client users to select
the correct options on the vncviewer), but the Xvnc server doesn't seem
to have the options that the WinVNC server does to help in this area.
The WinVNC server has an option to disable all remote keyboards and
pointers, is there a way to get something like 'disable all non-local
keyboards and pointers' from the Xvnc server? Doesn't seem like it
would be too bad to check the ip of the client against the ip the server
is running on to determine if the connection was local or not. Along those
same lines, the WinVNC has the option to set the ConnectPriority so that
new clients can't accidentally throw off all of the current clients. Again, I
couldn't find this setting in the Xvnc server. Has someone already
brought the code over from WinVNC to Xvnc as a patch to do either
of these?
Thanks!
