VNC restricted mode

Hopefully there's a simple answer here.  I'm running NT 4.0, SP3 and i'm
trying to run VNC in restricted mode on the client side (so users can't
close VNC, change password, etc.).  VNC version is 3.3.2 R6 which
apparently supports restricted mode.  When i used the restricted switch
as per the VNC documentation, it doesn't recognize it.
