xdmcp broadcast option

When we try running Xvnc with the xdmcp -broadcast option we expected to see a
host chooser appear when you start a session. But this is not the case, we just
get the first server to reply displaying the login prompt. Is there some other
configuration options that have to be used to get a host chooser up?
