WinVNC Server Port #

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\PortNumber

Make sure you've executed "WinVNC -install" before the last boot (if not, do
it and reboot). To set the new port, stop the "VNC Server" service and
restart it.
