I know practically nothing about Unix so bear with me. I FINALLY got VNC up
and running on a Sparc 5 running Solaris 2.6 with the same dtwm window
manager that CDE uses. The problem is that when I set vncserver to do 32 bit
color depth I still see only 8 bit when I connect to the machine with a Dell
running Windows NT.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
