WIN VNCServer and IIS

VNC works great, via the viewer or browser, on all our NT servers except ones
that have IIS 4.0 installed. When I try to connect to the IIS servers, using
either IE4 or Netscape 4.6, I get a Error 502 - Remote server down or not
responding. This would appear to be a conflict with IIS? If so, how can I get
around it?
