1. Open a Command Prompt on the server
2. cd\Program Files\ORL\VNC
3. winvnc -install
You should see messages indicating a successful install
of WINVNC as an NT service that will automatically start when the server is
rebooted.
4. net start winvnc
This will start WINVNC (an icon will appear in the system tray).
On the first start it will display an options window. Type in a password in the
proper field and click OK.

Thanks. I thought of that, and what you're saying makes sense. But I don't
see how to make it run as a service. I'm not an NT-guy. Any suggestions as
to how to go about it? Thanks!

You are probably running the server as an application rather than a
service,
and the NT box is in the screen saver or locked?
