I posted quite a while ago on this topic, and never got an answer, and
nobody seems to have approached it again. If someone on the VNC coder
side could ponder this, I'd be grateful.
VNC current version for windows client running on various Win95
machines. Runs fine, no problems except for....
Running IBM's Client Access software. Before running VNC connection,
the keypad works fine for numbers. Run VNC, make a connection,
and blammo, the keypad becomes scroll only, no numbers.
This is ONLY in Client Access terminal emulation. If I bring up
a notepad window for instance, the numbers are fine.
Quit VNC, and the problems REMAINS. SO something VNC does breaks
things. Upgrading to latest version of IBM Client Access
didn't fix the problem (I was hoping...)
What might VNC be doing in stealing the keypad? Is it something
we can fix? Going to IBM seems out of the question, since it's
clearly a VNC issue...
Thanks,
Seth
