VNC over a serial port between WinCE & Win95

I'm trying to run VNC over a serial port between a Win95 machine and a =
CE machine (HP Jornada-- StongARM).  I've been successful using VNC over =
a serial port between two Win95 machines, using Direct Cable Connection =
(PPP), but have had no success doing the same thing with the Jornada.  =
Just wondering if anyone has any experience doing something similar or =
if there are any other options besides the PPP connection.  I would also =
appreciate any suggestions on how to do the same thing over a USB port.
