VNC Security Question

I run VNC at home, and it sits on a box with two ethernet interfaces (one
external, one internal)... is it possible to tell the vncserver to "not"
bind to the external interface? (e.g., to only allow connections on the
interface that sits in RFC1918 space as opposed to the one the world can see?)

Alternatively, the ability to just say "only accept connections from these
IP addresses"?
