REPOST: can't execute vncpasswd

HI--
Not sure how familar you are with linux so we will guess you at least
know a little. First is vncpasswd set to 555? Second did you download the
correct version of VNC for your box? Third are you at the required level
for all libs needed? Fourth what distribution (if any) are you using?
