Cannot send 'ctrl-alt-del' to the server

Hello,
i have version 3.3.2 R6 installed.
Everything works good, but I cannot send a ctrl-alt-del request to the
server.
Nothing happens when I try this.
I have WINVNC installed as a service (via the DOS window, the install
option, I got the notification that the service was installed).
Can you help me out ?
