how to download files

Hi-
    It is most likely a browser problem two things you can test. One do a
view source (Netscape 4.0 right click and a menu will come up and click on
view source, Netscape 3.0 its under view I think, ie its under options I
think) See if you can see the full document. My guess is that your using a
Netscape browser and for some reason it is being silly and just not
rendering it. If you can see the fill document (see the </html> all the way
down at the bottom) then all you should need to do is hit refresh a few
times or in worst case close all instances of the browser and then reopen
and reconnect to the site and fill out the form again.

"http://www.uk.research.att.com/cgi-bin/vncform", just display the vnc logo
and att logo. I can't go ahead.
Please let me know how to download file.
