Has anyone tried running VMware, and 80x86 emulator, under VNC on
Linux? I've done so on Red Hat 6.0 with some success but a coupe of
anomalies. First of all, I have to use the cc=3 argument to Xvnc in
order to be able to see anything of the emulator's VGA display within
the VNC session, it's otherwise black. While the emulator is maximized,
all other VNC screen colors go awry but the emulator's VGA display is
clean. With cc=3, I also get color errors from Netscape. If I minimize
VMware, colors return to normal.

Any thoughts on what I might do to correct this?

Many thanks.
