Help please! Auto- start

Start REGEDIT and go to following key:
Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunServices
If the RunServices key is not there -- create it manually.
Add a string value to the RunServices key with the name WinVNC and a data
value, including the path, of the vnc executable. i.e. The data value
would look something like this: c:\vnc\winvnc.exe
