Help please! Auto- start

Hi Everybody,

I wonder if somebody could help me? I'm on an NT network, and using a win 95 based PC.
To get access to the network, I should login through the NT network. All programs I
want them to work when I login I keep them in the startup folder, including WinVnc.
However I wonder if there is a way to get WinVnc started before loging in. I'd like to
use my PC when I'm away (miles away). I could leave myself login in on the PC, but if
the power goes off, then I don't know what to do. However if WinVnc is running, then I
may remotely login.
Any ideas?
