access task bar

Hi,

I'm running vnc server on a NT machine. An application hide the task bar :
on the local machine i can use ctrl+esc or alt+tab,...but with vcn viewer i
can't. Is there a way to send "ctrl+esc" sequence like "ctrl+alt+sup"
sequence ?

Any idea ?
