NT domain authentication for WinVNC - updated

As promised, a new version of the NT Authentication patch has been
released.  The changes are:  

* Now use LogonUser() instead of changing the user's password
* Fixed problems with having no default password.  It no longer prompts
for one.
* The built-in Java Viewer has been modified to work with NT
Authentication as well.
