Problems using VNC with Lotus Domino Server

Whenever I try to take control of out Lotus Notes server, it nearly crashes the
domino server, and automaticaly quits VNC, so luckily it doesn't actually cause
the server to shutdown...

Any ideas on a fix, or any other ideas generally?

It seems to work fin with the rest of our servers here.
