winvnc.exe bind to a specific IP address?

No currently supported.  I'm not sure how hard it is to hack - currently,
WinVNC listens on INNADDR_ANY - presumuably you could query the network
interface in the same way that the pop-up tool-tip on the menu icon does,
and select the appropriate IP address from those listed in some way.
