Local loop-back connections

Local loopback makes sense at NT Terminal Server.
I can't view the NT-console remote with the Terminal Server Client
but some messages are opened at the console so I have installed VNC.
If I like to view the console over a VNC client running on a
NT-Terminal Server session this _is_ a local loopback which makes sense
and which would not make any problems because the server wouldn't
review the clients output.
All the clients originally are running WfW 3.11. And as far as I know
for WfW are no good VNC clients out there.
It would be nice if someone could tell me how to remove this limitation.
