Can't install server on Win95

I've tried out the server on my NT box with the viewer on my Linux box.
Everything works fine.

But I seem to have a problem installing the server on my Win95 machine.
When I run setup.exe, I get the following error:

"Setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use.  Please close
unInstallShield and restart setup.  Error 432."

Um, Install Shield starts automatically, at least, I think it's suppose to
- I'm a Unix guy. Any idea what the problem is here?
