Quick question for Wez

Hi,

I'm running WinVNC on win98, and when dragging windows, copy rect messages
aren't sent while a windows is being dragged, but it is sent when the window
is finally dropped.

I was wondering if this was a design change or just something weird about
win98, cause I recall earlier versions of WinVNC (was running on NT) doing
drags the other way.
