VNCServer Install to remote BDC

Hi
We have come across VNC only recently and find it an amazing product for the
low low low nil price.
One situation we have at the moment is how to install it to a remote NT BDC
without having any human intervention.
The BDC sits powered up at the GINA screen but the people at the branch do
not have the authority to logon as it is a Domain BDC which no one should
touch.
What I would love to do is fly 5000kms to install one piece of software
because that way I can stay at a brilliant resort out there but alas the IS
Manager doesn't feel my luxuriating in a spa is reason enough. Oh well.
Can anyone help me. I have tried installing it on a dummy BDC here and then
taking the registry entries and putting them on the remote one but it just
doesn't seem to be able to login. I even recreated each and every single
key and value by hand.
Still no good. The service appears but when I try and run the service or do
a remote reboot with it's automatic service start it doesn't work.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

As far as I understand, there is already one way - GGI
toolkit.
It creates applications capable of running as X or SVGA or
<insert
		your choice> or VNC server.

Well, it is C, not Java, but anyway.

It is mentioned somewhere in contrib...
