Status of WinCE client

A few people have asked about the Windows CE viewer recently.

It is based on a fairly elderly version of the Win32 viewer, but the
latter has moved on some way since then.  

It requires WinCE 2.0 or later, and has only been tested on an HP620LX.
It's also very slow, and I haven't yet worked out whether this is a
limitation of my code, the processor, or the IP stack running over a
serial line.

I am currently hacking the source of both to try and make them share
more common code.  Not having C++ exceptions is a real nuisance! I
should have a version available for download in the not too distant
future (ie a couple of weeks or so).
