I've found that the following filter criterion weeds out the duplicates:

if any "Received:" header contains shallot.cam-orl.co.uk
  and
   any "Received:" header contains donald.handi.dk
then
  transfer message to /lists/vnc-dupes

(I also discovered that Eudora Pro filters can include any arbitrary header
that you care to specify by name - they don't get added to the dropdown list
of headers though)
