Service appears in taskbar (in WinNT)?

It's a known bug that the taskbar icon sometimes doesn't appear properly
when WinVNC is run as a service under Windows NT.  This is basically
because WinNT doesn't produce the WM_USERCHANGED messages that are
required to detect when a user logs in or out.
