Service appears in taskbar (in WinNT)?

Hi...  I'm new to this list and to VNC in general.  I have been playing with it fr 
a few days and it's GREAT...  But I have one concern.  It's not all that 
important, I suppose, but when something wierd happens, I like to try to 
understand it.

I have installed the server system on at least 5 machines (all running NT).  
On all but one of the machines, the icon is NOT visible on the taskbar.  
However, on one it is.  Is this a setting or something that I have been unable 
to find???  It is installed as a service on ALL machines and is running on all.

If it's user selectable, I'm not sure if I'd rather it show up or not.  It just 
bothers me that it DOESN'T on any of them save one.  I'm really puzzled.
