Wild idea(s) :-)

It's late, and all that, but here it goes: now that Xvnc can run under
Windows when compiled with the CigWin32 tools:
Xvnc + Win vncviewer - VNC = Free xserver for Windows?
Just wondering...
Carlos
P.S.: More seriously, it would be nice if there was a way to make Xvnc
reject connection attempts by more than one vncviewer. Right now, the
first vncviewer dies after the second one authenticates successfully
(unless the second one requests a shared session, of course).
The idea would be to run a number (4 or 5) of Xvnc servers on a server
machine, without VNC authentication, but managed by xdm instead. In this
case, closing the viewer should either cause the xserver to restart or the
user's vnc password to take effect. Loging out of X could disable VNC
authentication again (when the xserver is restarted)...
