Or, if you happen to have a directory named C:\PROGRAM, you will get an
"Access denied" error trying to launch the service. Of course, NT doesn't
consider a directory to have 'execute' access. It considers C:\PROGRAM a
match and tries to execute it anyway though.
I've actually run into several NT machines that have a C:\PROGRAM directory.
