vncviewer for DOS or Win3.11 - anyone working on it?

If were counting votes, I think a 3.11 viewer would be wonderful.  I've heard
it really easy, just strip out the multi-threading and then it can be run
under Win3.11 w/ win32s.  I have no knoledge of programing, otherwise I'd
attempt it myself.  I also have no knowledge of and unix flavors, so SGAlib is
knida out of the question.  But it would be nice to put some of those old 386s
to use.....
