vnc on ultrix

Hi

Has anyone managed to compile vnc for Ultrix? We have several decstations 
running Ultrix v4.4 which we would like to run vnc on but we have been trying to 
compile vnc without success.

If anyone has had success in compiling it we would like any tips you have!!!!
