On the ADB there can be any number of different pointing devices. The
server tries to guess which is the correct one to use by looking at
the number of buttons each one has. The default is to find the first one
with one button. This number can be changed by using Resedit to edit the
the VSSc resource number 128 in the vncPatches extension.

The next revision will search the ADB in a more sensible manner and will
have an option on the control panel for selecting which pointing device
is used.

Sorry about this, I have underestimated the number of people with multi
button mice.
