CAPS LOCK on the server causes a problem

=0A     We're running a bunch of NT Servers (with VNC Server) and NT
     Workstations (where we're using the VNC Client).  When the CAPS LO=
CK
     is on on one of the servers, everything we type through VNC comes =
out
     in CAPS.  Pressing CAPS on the client does not cancel out the CAPS=
