I don't know what a dxaccount is. If it is some kind of data or
software, then VNC will not, strictly speaking, load one onto your PC.
If your PC is on a network then VNC might be a help in getting data or
software from other machines to your PC.
If you have a VNC viewer running on your PC, you can use it to see and
control a display on another machine connected to the network. The
other machine needs to have VNC server software to make its display
available.
