I don't know if you find performance an issue, but with Win95 server
running as a service it is possible to create a user profile specifically
for VNC, with very boring colors and no pictures, which can improve
performance, but still let local user have their crawling cursors and html
backgrounds.  I also think that using flat colors for backgrounds will
make an even bigger difference when compression is integrated into the
data stream.
