DOS window doesn't appear

The way PCAnywhere handles CTRL+ALT+DEL seems to be nice and could also
apply for the CTRL+ESC keystroke as well as others.  VNC could be set to
intercept these keystrokes, if the VNCviewer window is the foreground
window, and pop-up a dialog asking the user if the keystroke was destined
for the local or the remote computer.
