Remotely installing Winvnc

Is there any way to install the vnc server completely remotely on an NT
box. I can use the command scheduler to run any kind of batch file, but
am concerned about how to set the initial password.=20

If this can be done with WINvnc, does anyone know where I can find
instructions for doing it?=20
Has anyone written anything to do it yet?
