It can compile for lots of processors, but it doesn't include the libs and
headers for OS/2, and the IDE isn't written for OS/2.  If might be
possible with the right libs to build OS/2 code under Win32. But, even if
it did, the code would have to be different, because programming a Mac is
completely unrelated to programming OS/2.
