Bad day ...

Dear all

Sorry about the frantic help messages.  I was having a bad day yesterday
and somehow my keyboard suddenly became US (I lost the backslash and other
things) - I think because I was playing around with DOSEMU!

Panic set in and I also reset my VNC server to try and speed it up a bit
and my mouse disappeared from the server. My control keys were lost not on
my computer but in my head!  Brain overload.  One thing going wrong is
tolerable from time to time, two bad but three was a nightmare.  I was
envisaging having to reboot into W95 to finish some urgent work off
(perhaps I should have been doing that instead of playing around in the
first place!)

Anyway all is now restored.

Mind you, I still can't mount my Suse box on my Redhat box at all - I can
see the top directory but anything lower is permission denied ....

Errr...
