Send Ctrl-Alt-Del

Actually both machines (laptop and desktop) are running windows 95. 
Send Ctrl-Alt-Del from the vnc menu does not work on either machine.

Has anyone succesfully done a Send Ctrl-Alt-Del between two Windows 95
machines?

Perhaps I can find out if my machines need to be setup differently.
