AllowProperties

I am still have trouble making this work!
I have VNC set up as a service on NT 4 and have added the AllowProperties 0
and AllowShutdown 0 to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC32\Default.
However when I now try and log on with my usual administrator level login I
get an error message saying that the properties cannot be changed by
individual users but only by administrators, which is the login level I am
using. In fact the first time I tried it it also complained that the
password wasn't set despite the fact that I had been using it, with a
password, immediately before doing the above registry changes.

The AllowShutdown seems to work as expected.

What is going on?
