security on Windows NT server

Hi, I'm a new subscriber so my question may have been asked before......

My company has a Windows NT4 server running as a proxy server. It's
connected to our LAN and to the Internet.
We 'd like to manage the server using VNC from inside our LAN only.

So we don't want the VNC port to be open for access from the Internet.
Is this possible?
