Run a copy as an application.  On all systems except NT Terminal Server,
it will tell you there's an existing copy running and fail.

It does this by testing for the existence of a well-known-named mutex.  It
might be better to check for the existence of one of the windows WinVNC
opens in the background to handle messages.
