r5 no go with NT 3.51

	Just tried upgrading from r2 to r5 on my Windows NT 3.51 machine, 
and now everytime I run the server, the properties dialog box comes 
up (like it did the first time I ran r2), but as soon as I click on 
OK to close it, the server shuts down.  Restarting it and the same 
thing happens.  I can run it as a service, but even mouse tracking 
is much too slow (I am running a viewer from Win95 over a local LAN 
100 Mbit connection), and the screen fails to update properly.  Any 
thoughts?
