Multiple NICs in NT4

	I have an NT4 Server setup with 2 network cards, one with an IP address of
10.0.0.* for the LAN (it is a proxy server), and another with the internet
IP address. I installed VNC today and thought I had it working. When I got
home I found that it wasn't working anymore. The service appears to be
started, and it seems to only work from the LAN, like it is only listening
to those addresses. How can I tell it which NIC/Network to work on?
