can't see macserver on NT

I have had this same problem with MacVNC server running it on a 7.6.1
system with 8.1 OT serving to a FreeBSD box nothing but a dot
the keyboard and and mouse work if you look on teh Mac screen but no
Mac desktop ever show up on the vncviewer side
