Avoiding update of msvcrt.dll on NT

copy de old Dll to other directory then install VNC on NT, when it
finish copy the new Dll to other different directory, then restart from
diskette (it only works if you have a FAT partition or if you have an
utility to read NTFS from DOS) and copy the OLD DLL over the new one.If
it works then delete all the copies otherwise, copy the new DLL into the
VNC directory.

I should work, but NT denies me to rename a dll that is in use.
IMHO it doesn't work.
